Why this matters

Chainlink oracle services underpin the majority of DeFi by total value secured. Chainlink's standards are now being adopted by Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS and ANZ for tokenised assets, onchain NAV and cross-chain settlement. On September 3, 2023 we deployed our first Obol Distributed Validator cluster [3/4] during the network's public testing phase — 1,001 validators, brought up in less than 48 hours. After one round of fine-tuning with the Obol team, the cluster's missed-attestation count dropped to zero.
